An error window appears during installation for either PC or Mac.
For Windows 8 and above, including Windows 10, you may need to run the Windows Troubleshooter to complete installation. If you get a GUI error Window during installation you will need to used the Windows Troublshooter. Click here for instructions.
For Mac 10.9 and above, including 10.11, you may need to adjust your security settings in the System Preferences. When you have completed the installation we recommend you change the security settings back to its original setting. Click here for instructions.
You have purchased the DVD package and being asked to "choose another location".
Make sure you have enough free memory.
If your computer PC go to your "C" drive in "My Computer". Highlight the "C" and right click, then open properties. The "General" window will let you know how much free space you have available.
If your computer is a Mac click on your MacIntosh HD and right click, then open get info. This window will let you know how much space you have available.
Can you install onto an external hard drive, USB drive, burn to a cd/dvd or partition?
No. It needs to be installed on your primary drive or it will error out and not run.
Can I install onto more than one computer?
If you purchased an individual copy you are limited to one computer. If you purchased a site license you are limited to the quantity in the license.
Sound is on but I can hardly hear it.
Go into your computer setup and increase volume level for your speakers. If your speakers have volume knobs make sure they are up as well.
Sound is turned on, but no sound is coming from the speakers.
Make sure your sound is not muted; OR make sure speakers are turned on; OR make sure speakers are plugged in
The program appears frozen when the continue button is green.
Click green continue with mouse, or press enter/return on your keyboard. If that doesn't work use the fast forward button.
During the lesson, a script error message occurs that asks, "Do you wish to continue?"
Click on "Yes" to continue. Use the reewind button to get to desired location.
The main menu is inaccurately recording where you last left off.
If you fast forward or rewind to get to a different exercise the cxercise count will no longer be accurate. Instead, return to the main menu and type in the desired exercise.
PC Users Only: Audio is skipping.
The wrong sound card driver is installed. Find out model of the sound card, go to the sounc card manufacturing website and find the correct driver for the model number. Download and install. Also, a problem arises when the sound card is integrted into the motherboard. Need to buy a separate sound
You will need at least 2 GB of free space available on your computer. PC users: XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10.
MAC users: 10.7 and above, including 10.11. Program must be installed on computer. Cannot be installed on external hard drive.
